Sean McGee is running for the Whaleyville Borough seat on the Suffolk School Board in the 2024 election, to protect the innocence of our children and restore common sense in the classroom.
As a member of the Suffolk School Board, Sean will:
- Protect the privacy and safety of our children by maintaining separation in sex-specific school activities and facilities.
- Restore safety and security in Suffolk schools for all students and staff.
- Prioritize academics and critical thinking in the classroom.
- Establish partnerships with leading local businesses and industries across the state to develop Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs that directly align with current high paying workforce demands.
- Fight for fiscal accountability and full transparency to the citizens of Suffolk.
- Advocate for parental rights and reestablish a partnership between parents and educators.
- Demand full equity in funding, academic programs, and athletics for Whaleyville schools, ensuring our students receive the same opportunities and resources as those in Northern Suffolk—because every child, regardless of where they live, deserves an equal chance to succeed.
